Time for a smaller healthier me!

Time for a smaller, healthier me! I am starting this blog to chronicle my weight loss journey. I will have lap band surgery on August 17, 2009 by Dr. Traul at Southern Oregon Bariatric Center. I was normal weight for 31 years and have been overweight for 22 years. It's time to take care of me.
